Just checked. On the server

\mods\aix2\levels\alpine_train

server.zip - 1,028,909
client.zip - 11,962,652



\mods\aix2\levels\Bizerte

server.zip - 473,533
objects.zip - 3,078,301
client.zip - 16,668,489

Keep in mind, these zip files are not meant to be unpacked

nps with the no unpack but file sizes are a bit different -

alpine train -
server : 1005kb
client : 11,683kb

Bizerte -
sever : 463kb
client : 16,278kb
objects: 3,955kb

both items were sourced from - Click Here

IT might be worth a try getting them from the link on the front page of LD's website and see if that makes a difference

now that's what i was missing - the link.

collected alpine train from there plus a few more so should be smooth now , thanks Alf.
Couldn't find "bizerte" on there list - any memory where that one was sourced from?

Going on memory, I thought Bizerte was a standard AIX map, i.e. the optional AIX standard map pack, but don't hold me to it. Hopefully Ali remembers??

yes I found an original copy in the V2 mappack.
It seems some of the later packs have newer versions of some maps that had overwritten some of the old files.
Just working on city district atm - can only find it on bf-games.net

have tried 2 version of mashtuur city but still haven't got the right one
1st one had 2 files
2nd one had 3 files
checking links but any help appreciated ...

DV8..... depending on what version u get, if the zip contains a folder mashtuur city, that goes in the levels folder as u know. If within the zip file there is client.zip and server.zip etc but NOT within the mashtuur city folder, they go in the levels folder with the other zip files .i.e. TNG, NWH etc
